1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and expressions carry the meanings stated unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "Platform" refers to the nakcuci website accessible at nakcuci.best and all related services provided within it.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the nakcuci platform.
• "Real Money" refers to cash in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) deposited by a member into their platform account.
• "Bonus" refers to any free credits, cashback, or other financial incentives granted by nakcuci to members subject to the specified conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus must be wagered before winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn.
• "Services" covers all types of games, sports betting, live casino, slots, and any other functions provided through the nakcuci platform.

2 Account Registration

All information provided during the registration process must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. nakcuci reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including a copy of your MyKad or other valid official identification document.

• Each individual is only permitted to hold one registered account. Owning multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms.
• An account is for personal use only and may not be shared, transferred, or used by any third party.
• Members are fully responsible for all activities carried out through their account, including any financial transactions and bets placed.
• False or misleading registration information may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of the account balance.
• nakcuci reserves the right to decline any registration application from any individual without needing to provide a reason.

3 Deposits and Payment Methods

nakcuci accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, Online Banking (FPX), Boost, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC, and ETH.

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the member's name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• nakcuci is not responsible for any delays in deposit processing caused by the payment service provider.
• If a deposit is not credited within a reasonable time, the member should contact our support team with proof of the transaction.
• nakcuci reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any transaction deemed unusual or suspicious.
• All deposits are final and non-refundable except under circumstances determined by nakcuci.

4 Bonuses and Promotions 🎁

nakcuci offers various types of bonuses and promotions to members, subject to the specific conditions of each offer. The 150% welcome bonus of up to RM1,500 is our main offer for new members.

• The welcome bonus is only available to new members making their first deposit.
• The wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount received, not the deposit amount.
• All bonuses have a specific validity period. Bonuses not used within that period will expire automatically.
• nakcuci reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will result in account termination and forfeiture of all related bonuses and winnings.
• Weekly VIP cashback is calculated based on the member's membership tier for the relevant week. Tiers range from Bronze to Platinum, each with a different cashback rate.

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the nakcuci platform are subject to the relevant game rules. nakcuci reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds or with an incorrect outcome due to a technical error.

• Bets that have been placed and confirmed are final and may not be cancelled by the member except under circumstances specifically permitted by nakcuci.
• nakcuci reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any member at the platform's discretion.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, nakcuci will review transaction records and resolve any disputes based on server data that has been recorded.
• Members are responsible for ensuring their internet connection is stable during betting sessions. nakcuci is not responsible for losses resulting from technical issues on the member's end.
• The use of third-party software, automated bots, or any unfair method to gain an advantage in games is strictly prohibited.

6 Withdrawals

• All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, for the purpose of anti-money laundering compliance.
• Your first withdrawal may require additional identity verification before it can be processed.
• nakcuci reserves the right to request supporting documentation for withdrawals that exceed certain thresholds, in line with compliance requirements.
• The wagering requirements for any active bonus must be fully met before a withdrawal request can be approved.
• nakcuci is not responsible for any delays on the part of the payment service provider once a transaction has been processed by the platform.

7 Responsible Gambling ⚠️

8 Account Closure and Suspension

nakcuci reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice if any provision of these Terms and Conditions is breached. Grounds for closure include but are not limited to:

• Providing false or misleading registration information.
• Owning or using multiple accounts.
• Fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Abuse of the bonus or promotion system.
• Use of unauthorised software or system manipulation techniques.
• Conduct that is abusive or disruptive to other users or nakcuci staff.

Members may also request voluntary account closure by contacting our support team. For accounts closed due to a breach, nakcuci reserves the right to forfeit all related balances, bonuses, and winnings.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, nakcuci will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform.

• nakcuci does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or be free from errors at all times.
• Information provided on the platform is for entertainment purposes only and should not be interpreted as financial or investment advice.
• Members agree that use of the platform is at their own risk and that nakcuci is not responsible for any financial decisions made based on betting activity.
• nakcuci's total liability will not exceed the amount deposited by the relevant member in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

10 Amendments to Terms and Conditions

nakcuci reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at the platform's discretion. Any amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on the platform.

In the event of any conflict between the Malay language version and a translation in another language, the Malay language version shall prevail. These Terms and Conditions are governed in accordance with the international licensing framework under which nakcuci operates.
